Customer Complaints

We pride ourselves on the high level of service we provide to our customers. However, should you feel the need to complain about the service you have received, then please write to:

Once we receive your complaint, we will endeavour to deal with it promptly, effectively and in a positive manner.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt and provide you with the name of the person dealing with your complaint.

We will investigate your complaint and aim to send a final response to you within 4 weeks of receipt of your complaint. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this timeframe we will write to you with an update.

We will send a final response to you within 8 weeks of receipt of your complaint. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this timeframe, we will write to you explaining why and advise you when you can expect a final response.
